These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.virginieaudrey.com ("Website") operated by Virginie Audrey, founder of “The Guided Soul Sanctuary” ("we," "our," or "us") registered under Siren number 82522211000033 mainly provides its services to the members of the entity THE GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY, and domiciled in France. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Your continued use of the Website after changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Website.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information collected from users. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Website are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
6. User Contributions
You are responsible for any content or information you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Website. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
7. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Website for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from your use of the Website. The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
9. Retreats & Events
9.1 A minimum deposit of 60% of the total cost of the retreat/event will be required to guarantee your spot.
9.2 The client will be ask to fill out a form with their personal and some medical data to guarantee that they can attend the retreat/event safely.
9.3. If the client has made the deposit and do not meet the requirements for the attendance of the retreat, the GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY will proceed to the full refund of the deposit during the following five days.
9.4. Once the payment has been received and provided that the requirements to attend the retreat/even chosen are met, the GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY will confirm its place to the client.
10. Prices and Payments
10.1 Taxes are included into the prices exhibited on the website.
10.2 To make a deposit payment for an event, the client may choose between bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
10.3 The remaining payment amount must be settled no later than the event's commencement date. Only cash in euros will be accepted for the remaining payment (unless it exceeds the legal maximum allowed by law).
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy (by the Customer)
11.1 The client retains the option to cancel their reservation at any time, with prior notification to us.
11.2 If the client cancels at least 21 days before the event, they can transfer 100% of their deposit to another event scheduled for a date they can attend. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
11.3 If the client cancels within 21 days or less before the event, they forfeit 100% of the deposit and cannot transfer it to another event.
11.4 If, for any reason, the client departs from the event before its completion, a proportional refund will not be issued.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy (by us)
12.1 The Guided Soul Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel an event under any circumstances.
12.2 In case of event cancellation by the Guided Soul Sanctuary, the client will have the option to reschedule their reservation for alternative dates or receive a full refund for all payments made.
13. Travel to the Event Location and Travel Insurance
13.1 Travel expenses to the event location or to the designated meeting point for client pickup are the responsibility of the client and are at their own expense. The Guided Soul Sanctuary shall not be liable for consequences arising from travel delays or cancellations by any travel service providers, nor for any issues related to the client's travel documentation.
13.2 Given the aforementioned point, if the client is traveling from abroad to attend the event, the Guided Soul Sanctuary strongly recommends obtaining travel insurance that covers the event's activities, as well as unforeseen flight cancellations, illnesses, or other potential issues.
14. Changes in the Event Program
During events, unexpected circumstances unrelated to the Guided Soul Sanctuary may necessitate alterations to the program's activities or schedules. In such cases, the Guided Soul Sanctuary will promptly inform the client and make adjustments, such as substituting similar activities or modifying schedules to minimize disruption to the event.
15. Health
If the client's health conditions significantly deviate from the information provided in the health questionnaire, or if the client disregards the GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY's guidance, the GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY reserves the right to restrict the client's participation in certain event activities.
16. Responsibility for Customers' Personal Belongings
16.1 The GUIDED SOUL SANCTUARY is not liable for any loss or damage to clients' personal belongings during events, unless such incidents are caused directly by the organization's personnel.
16.2 The Guided Soul Sanctuary advises clients to exercise standard precautions with their valuables. If clients possess highly valuable items they wish to protect, they should contact the organization's designated personnel.
17. Intellectual Property and Rights
The client acknowledges and agrees that the Guided Soul Sanctuary possesses and holds the intellectual, industrial, and image property rights resulting directly or indirectly from activities conducted during the event, subject to no further limitations than those stipulated by applicable laws and regulations (e.g., LOPDGDD and RPGD).
18. Problem Resolution During Events
In the event of any issues arising during the event, clients must promptly inform the designated Guided Soul Sanctuary personnel responsible for resolving the matter.
