Step 1: Understanding the Meaning Behind Your Desire
Let’s break this down. Suppose you desire an extra $100 per week in your pocket. Why do you want it? Would it allow you to treat yourself more often? Could it help you afford a better car? Would it enable you to start saving for something important?
Behind every desire is a deeper meaning. Identifying that meaning is the first step. Once you’ve uncovered it, ask yourself:
What feeling is attached to this meaning?
For example, if having extra money means freedom to you, then freedom is the feeling state to focus on. Freedom feels joyful, expansive, and empowering. That’s the state you need to embody.
Step 2: Embodying the Feeling
The essence of manifestation lies not in wanting but in feeling as though you already have it. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and immerse yourself in the feeling of having what you desire. Visualize yourself experiencing it fully and let those emotions wash over you. This simple practice aligns your energy with your desired reality.
